Policies

We love all of our clients at Uprooted Waxing Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our lovely  Salon.  I'm a very understanding person, but being a small business owner my time is very vauluable just as yours is. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellations & No Shows

At Uprooted Waxing Studio, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or if you no call no show, we have to charge an administration fee of 65% of total service. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

Tardiness

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Uprooted Waxing Studio and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
